Can Masturbating Worsen Pain From A Hydrocele Or Possible Hernia If Symptoms Have Recently Improved?

I have been having pain in my right testicle and side a few weeks now (I’ve been to the doctors before and they said I have a hydrocele and I may have a hernia as well). I am seeing a doctor in a few weeks, but have been feeling better the last few days, the thing is I have been feeling really horny this morning and have been getting an erection (sorry for being so blunt) and really would like to masturbate (it’s been about 2 weeks) but I was worried that doing so may make the issue I have worse?
