Can Masturbation Cause Erection Problem?

I masturbated a few days ago and went pee like usual after I do but it was harder than usual, and now I can't seem to get an erection and it hurts when I pee. It also feels like there is no blood going to my penis. I went to the doctor and they didn't find anything with a Urine test. Should I go see a specialist for more diagnostic tests?
