Hello,

Masturbation is definitely energy consuming and with other physical and mental activities can cause stress and fatigue. So your present symptoms could be due t excess masturbation. But don't worry. Abstain from masturbation and take rest for a week with nutritious food. You will be alright. You could also consult a doctor in person.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
