Can Masturbation Cause Hyper-pigmentation In Penis?

hello im 14, i was wondering if masturbation can cause hyperpigmentation on my penis i started about a year ago and about a month into it i woke up 1 morning with a brown ring around the middle of my penis i do not wanna live with this for the rest of my life.i used to masturbate like 1nce and rarely twice a day but for the past bout 5 months its cutdown to about twice a day. any info wuld be extremely helpful. thx
