Can Masturbation Cause Irritation In Urethra ?

Everytime i masterbate my urethra becomes irritated and starts to itch.. this problem started about 3 weeks ago and one week ago i got a shot for chlamydia and gonorhea because i was concerned with an itchyness and slight burning sensation in my urethra anytime i urinated or ejaulated.. now it only bothers me when i masterbate, can you help?
