Hi doctor I m age 20. last year of schooling I masturbated since I was 12 but not daily. I can t concentrate in class ..lessons I forget and I m worried that when june examinations come up I might fail due to the loss of memory, headaches, not focusing and just not wanting to complete tasks can you help me please
