helo doctor,
sir i have been mastburating since the age of 14 and nw m a 21 yr. old guy.
nw m feeling pain in my wrist and knees and i hv very low stamina and my hairs become white.
so does all these are the bad effects of mastburation?


please give me a good advice

There are no such side effects of this habit.
Nothing to worry.
Go for regular physical exercises daily.
Take high protein food, fresh vegetables and fruits.
Ok and take care.
