Can Masturbation Cause Weak Erection And Pain Around Penis?

I am married but I do masturbate frequently if not together with my wife or when she give birth. I have been suffering from almost all the symptoms of over masturbation, most importantly pain around my penis, weak erection (I hardly enter virgina) and premature ejaculation. Pls help!
