Can Medication For Swollen Gums Be Stopped Since It Is Causing Weakness?

I have been prescribed 1) Ornidazole-500 twice a day, 2)Novaclox-LB - 3times a day & 3)Flexon- 4 hourly for my tooth swelling and pain. I feel very weak after taking the medicines for 1 & half days. I am 65. Can I reduce the dose or discontinue one of these medicines?
