Can Medications/drugs Delay The Menses Cycle?

I usually get my periods till 18-20th of the month but it's 23rd today .. I'm a bit worried .. Can you please tell me how can I get periods immediately . I'm also consuming a body growth Ayurvedic medicine from past 10 days . Is it the reason for the delay ?
