Hello I have been diagnosed with gastritis and take Prilosec 20mg once daily I am scheduled for a colonoscopy today and took the miralax dulcolax prep this morning my tongue appears white coated even after brushing wondering if it could be from the medications gastritis or what

In some people gastritis causes white tongue.
You need not to worry.
Please continue your medication(Prilosec) as per your doctor advice.
Since you are having gastritis, please do avoid heavy meals, spicy food, tea, coffee and other stimulants.
