Can Menopause Cause Joint Pains And Sore Feet?

I am going through menopause. I feel lethargic foggy brained and the usual symptoms. I have all these joint pains and sore feet. Been having osteopathy treatment and it has been suggested that I have pilates for my core strength. I do regular exercise and my diet is good. I have put on about 5kgs in the last year or so....stress related. My Mother passed away a year ago so I did overeat etc for a while. MY QUESTION: Could these joint and sore feet be related to menopause? I find if I walk or have a big day my feet burn and I am limping off to bed at night .... wake up hobbling too!
