Can Menstrual Disorder Cause Difficulty In Conceiving?

I am an unmarried female and 29 years old. My problem started when I was 20. I am suffering from menstrual dis order. Some time it is two, three or four months delay. I had sex with my Bf earlier. some time I am shivering and painful of menstrual season. First two three year after my first menses it was regular. Now I am afraid of this menstrual disorder. Does this problem affect to conceiving? please help me. Now I am going to marry, Does menstrual disorder make infertility?
