Can Meth Usage Cause Numbness And Pain In The Arm And Fingers?
i am 47 and i use meth everyday for over the past 5 or more years, for the past 6 or more months my rite arm is in sleep mode and then tingles and sum numbness and then comes severe pain in fingers all the way to my elbow, i have days its this way all day . also my lower legs ankles and feet swell badly and swelling goes away after rest only not anymore ,now they feel almost numb and heavy and tingle and they hurt . i have a terrible time to remember anything . i can be driving to a friends , or maybe to help someone or lunch and forget what i am doing or why i am in a place that i know well but am lost and in at the moment.my chest has been hurting a lot for the past week or two and i am so sleepy all the time.and i am dizzy most of the time , i have hot flashes but i am mostly freezing all the time its crazy. i would like to know what to expect, i have shot meth a few times but i mostly smoke. also a pack of cigs every 2 or 3 days and i dont drink anymore
Your symptoms could be either due to meth or due to other medical illnesses. Diabetes, neurological disorders and other conditions must be ruled out before it can be said that meth is directly responsible for your symptoms.
