Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the bumps at the back of the tongue seems to be inflamed circumvallate papillae and the inflammation has occurred due to burning with the hot drink and it is nothing serious and will resolve in 3 to 4 days..
You can suck on ice pops for relief..
Do warm saline gargles..
You can take Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily for 3 days as it has anti-inflammatory action along with being a painkiller..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
