Can Miscarriage Causes Bleeding, Bloating And Abdominal Pain?

I think I had a miscarriage a couple weeks ago I had my period for over 2 weeks. All bleeding stopped a week ago. I woke up this morning with small amount of blood and it turned to spotting of light pink color all day. I also have very bad bloating and abdominal pain. I am worried.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion in case of irregular bleeding after miscarriage the incomplete abortion is to be ruled out.So i suggest you to get an ultrasound to rule out any retained products.Relax.
