Can Missed Menstruation Be Due To PCOS, Bicornuate Uterus And Thick Endometrium?

My wife had last mensus 45 days back , she missed her mensus on the prescribed date and delayed by 15 days and also no symptoms of mensus.She is suffering from Hypothyroid and PCOD.At present thyroid is under control and she is taking medicines for thyroid for the past 6 months. She has done self pregnancy test it showed negative result, what is the problem The doctor diagnosed bicornuate uterus and thick endometry.In this situation, we are been said that there chances of getting conceived.But I need wait for more 15 days .
