Can Missed Period Signify Pregnancy? Can Period Be Induced By Consuming Boiled Red Wine With Cinnamon?

Hi. The last time I got my menses was on 21 Oct.. And since that I have not got. I even drank parsley water. Still I have not got, I doubt that I am pregnant. Today I boiled red wine with cinnamon and drank it, I am waiting for its results now. What would you suggest me? Should consult a doctor? I fear if I am pregnant..what will I do? I am only 25yrs.
