Can Mobic Cause Headaches?

Can Mobic cause headaches? I am taking it in combo with Cymbalta for Fibro and a herniated disc. Mobic was given to me to help with break through pain. Since I have been taking it, I have been having headaches. I also have a history of migraines / tension headaches.

Typically no it shouldn't be causing headache, on the contrary it could be used treat migraine or tension type headache. However every painkiller, especially when used frequently for a long time carries the possibility of developing what's called medication overuse headache.
I don't know how long you have been taking it (or other painkillers for your previous headaches). If you've been taking them for several months the possibility should be considered (the diagnostic criteria are for 15 days a month for at least 3 months).
Of course that is when other causes are excluded, for example high blood pressure (which Mobic can affect as well), or mood disorders.
