Can Mobile Radiations, Cause Electrical Pulses In Brain?

hi,, i feel like an extra electrical pulses in my brain ,,this occured about 5 times since 3 years. it take less than 1 minute. i can't continue my talking and i wait for 5 minute to continue my work..., what should i do ,, i'm afraid ,,, and is the computer and mobile radiation effect worse on my case ,,, thank you
