Can Moderate Tube Spillage And Possible Adhesions Clear With Medicine?

My wifes hsg report shows.. moderate spillage at both tube end.. perifimbrial adhesions not ruled out.. doctor told there is infection and little blockage and given medicine for 2 months and then visit on 7th day of cycle.. so i am afraid whether it require any surgery for blockage or it will be cleared with medicine.. plz say
