Hi,I am Diwashish Biswas (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been suffering with severe neck pain for over two weeks. I have seen a chiropractor who diagnosed me with Torticollis. I have suffered from this neck condition since I was 3. The chiropractor administered stimulation and acupuncture to the affected site which brought immediate relief from the pain. However, I have flu-like symptoms (but no fever) as well that get better and then suddenly come on again. I am weak, shaky, tired, my eyes hurt/itch, and just don t feel well. It reminds me of when I had mono. Can mono flare up repeatedly over my lifetime? I am getting frustrated and don t want to waste thousands of dollars at the doctor s office if this is a virus.
Apparently. I have a patient with an elevated sed rate and an elevated mono DNA in her blood with symptoms of inflammation. These are not costly tests.
