Can Montek Lc Cause Lethargy And Sleepiness?
hello doc im suffering frm allergic asthma and sometime I took montek lc for stopping my sneezing but 2 days back when I took tab i felt so lethargic and sleepy throughout d day and at eve i got my period which is 15 days prior.still im not well plz advise

Montek LC contains two drugs - montelukast & levocetirizine.
The lethargy & sleepiness that you are experiencing may be due to levocetirizine component.
Hence I would suggest you to take montelukast only for allergy.
Regarding disturbance in period, i would suggest you to consult a gyanecologist who could advice you better. This is not a side effect of Montek LC.
