Can Morning After Pill Cause Heavy Bleeding And Back Pain?

ive been constantly tired for the past couple of weeks and a really aching back. But about 3/4 weeks ago i took the morning after pill and had wierd and extreme heavy bleeding for 3 days and then it stopped but the blood was very dark and looked syrupy. i just wondered if you could help ?
