Can Mosquito Bite Cause Tenderness Of Muscles?

age: 15 height:5 foot 6 inches weight: 125 lbs i went running yesterday and got a large amount of mosquito bites on my shoulders. on one of the shoulders i have around 15 in a small area. the bites started appearing this morning as well as a tenderness in my bicep on the arm with the most mosquito bites on my shoulder. can the tenderness of my bicep and the mosquito bites be related?
