Can Moulds On Walls Increase Arthritis And Muscle Pain?

I suffer from allergy to mould (confirmed by bloodtest) symptoms include breathing problems, and bad eczema.Have removed most mould from my apartment, but it keeps coming back. Also bought HEPA air purifier, which helps for the symptoms. However my arthiris pains and other muscle pains have gotten a lot worse since moving here a year ago. Previous place didn't have mould. Could the mould on the walls be the reason for my pains? Thanks in advance
