Can Movement Of The Body During Pregnancy Cause Spotting With LLP?

Hi, I am 15 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with LLP at 12 weeks because I starting to bleed. My bleedings are little and mostly in the morning when I go to the restroom, then is just little brown discharge. For the past 2 1/2 weeks I have been in bed rest (going crazy). I read with time as the Uterus grow my placent most likely will move up. I am concern about loosing my job if I stay on bed rest for too long. Should I go back to work and avoid lifting and excersise (I work at a computer all day) or should I stay on bed rest and if so for how long?

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion low lying placenta might be seen in first trimester of pregnancy in a few.But it spontaneously moves up by 24 weeks in 90% of cases. So dont worry. But till it goes up you need to take utmost care to prevent bleeding or spotting.Though your job is strainless but constant sitting might cause strain.Exclusive bed rest is advised in low lying placenta.
Take iron rich diet and iron supplements to counteract anaemia caused due to bleeding.
