Respected doctor 2 days back I got CECT abdomen done for suspecting Ureteric stone
On CT there was no evidence of ureteric stone, however anew finding involving my D12-L1 spine was noticed which was suggestive of intardural extramedullary lesion in this situation I was adviced MRI of the dorsolumbar spine I request you to give your suggestion
1.These are spinal lesions / tumours which was seen incidentally on your CT - computer tomography. 2.The possible causes or types are benign lesions, cysts and malignancies can not be ruled out. 3.MRI is best modality of choice - it will well delineate the anatomical and biochemical content of the lesion. 4.A contrast enhanced study will be beneficial. 5.Suggetion is get investigated and treated as soon as possible - MRI need to be done. Good luck.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
