Welcome to Health care magic.

1.These are spinal lesions / tumours which was seen incidentally on your CT - computer tomography.
2.The possible causes or types are benign lesions, cysts and malignancies can not be ruled out.
3.MRI is best modality of choice - it will well delineate the anatomical and biochemical content of the lesion.
4.A contrast enhanced study will be beneficial.
5.Suggetion is get investigated and treated as soon as possible - MRI need to be done. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
