Can Mrsa Cause Bleeding Sores Inside The Vagina?

my girlfriend was diagnosed with mrsa about 6 weeks ago. she has continued to be sexually active and probably not taken her medicine as prescribed. today she said she has very painful sores that are bleeding on her vagina and that she is also bleeding out of her vagina and doesnt feel well..could the mrsa be getting inside her?
