Can My Coccyx Fracture Cause Pain Radiating To My Leg And Bleeding During Intercourse?

I had a coccyx fracture since couple of months, now I’m better than before but still feel pain while sitting and lying down. Yesterday i was feeling pain travelling to my coccyx area to leg. I ignored the pain and slept as per my routine. During night my husband sleep with me and I noticed bleeding during intercourse. Does something relate to my coccyx fracture?
