Can My Daughter Regain The Ability To Talk And Walk After Being Diagnosed With Benign Febrile Convulsion?

My daughter admitted in a hospital for 3weeks because of seizures his final findings is benign febrile convulsion,to consider electrolyte imbalance? After she was admitted she cannot speak and walk unlike before.she cannot also eat solid foods. She is more 1year old..i will ask for an advice what to do to my daughter situation. Can she talk and walk again just like before??is her condition the result of her medicine injected to her which is antibiotics(i remember one is phynetoin). Please help me doctors.
