Can My Heart Valves Be Opened By Any Method Other Than Surgery ?

Hello Doctor I am Jitesh from Aurangabad Maharashtra my father is 60 yrs old and a diabetic patient . He is well but last week i go to the hospital and do some tests are done like ECG its normal, 2D echo,Angiography etc. But the report says diabetic was 350, BP was 200, One valve block 60-80% cardiologist adviced for angioplasty, but my dad wasn t mentally prepaired. Please answer that can i open that valves any another method like excercise or any other medicine & also give me the price of angioplasty for one valve.

hi,he should go for angioplasty as the condition can be fatal.he should do some regular exercises and yoga under supervision an expert,he can take kachnar gugulu one tab. 2 times a day.

Hi,thanks for query.Dear Hitesh,all the reports are not normal.Diabetes,blood pressure everything needs strict control.Your doctor has advised opening of blood vessel of heart due to blockage.Please understand that depening upon the location and extent of blockage this is needed.Please also understand that even after opening,poor control of both diabetes and blood pressure can lead to this again.please discuss this issues with your cardiologist before going ahead.Cost varies with city, and hospital.
