Can My Joint Pain And Suspected Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Related To HIV?

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from joint pains since a year. The pains come and go on all joints, but knee pain always remains. My finger joints also ache. The load bearing capacity of a joint under pain is very bad. My orthopaedic suspects Rheumatoid arthritis and I have gone through an initial MRI. The follow up appointment is pending. I am a 41 year old, athletic male. My weight is 70kgs. Family has no background of Arthritis. I am under extreme anxiety and stress presently. I have had protected sex several times with sex workers in the last 8-9 years, but not in the last 2 years. Can this be be a HIV induced arthritis? I have a family and very very scared at the moment
