Can My Pregnancy Be Normal If I Have PCOD History?
Greatings of the day Sir/Madam i am into my 6th week of pregnancy. Yesterday i got an ultrasound done and the size of the sac was 20*6 mm. The attending doctor could not see embryo. Are there any chances of things getting normal. My past history is of PCOD. i was on the dose of ovugrow injections and gonadotropin. Kindly suggest if my pregnancy can be normal now. Regards
Hello dear,i understand your concern. In my opinion there are chances for normal pregnancy in PCOD.As the embryo is not seen at 6 weeks i suggest you to repeat the scan after 2 weeks to see for the progress.Dont worry.Take folic acid supplements and progesterone supplements.Metformin also increases the success in PCOD.So discuss regarding that with your doctor.Avoid stress as it is one of the causes for infertility. So relax.
