Can My Skin Get Back To Normal Without Elocon Cream?

Hi there. So i ve been using Elocon cream for a period of time now.. Since i was around 14. It truly does wonders. So of course i stop when its not needed. But i feel like my skin especially face gets used to this cream. How do i stop? Can my skin get back to normal???!!! Thank you in advance!
