Can My Teenage Son Use Hydrocortisone, Crotamiton, Calamine, Or Chlorpheniramine For Burning After Applying Permethrin On Penile Scabies Lesions?

my son has scabies (18) he had been itching for 2 weeks and when I saw him I realised it was scabies and treated him with permethrin cream last night . He had lesions on his penis and applied the cream and also under fire skin . He is now complaining of burning in this area . He as applied a small amount of hydrocortisone 1% cream . He also has crotamiton cream and aqueous calamine cream to help with the residual itch and also chlorpheniramine tablets . Any other suggestions
