Can My Toddler With Enlarged Adenoids Have Ragi Malt Since He Can’t Drink Milk Or Fruit Juice And Is A Picky Eater?

Hi doctor my son (4 yr old) is having enlarged adenoids doctor has prescribed IV injection for 5 days then azitromicine antibiotic syrup for next 5 days. He is snoring while sleeping and he is having sry cough at night. And doctor told to not drink milk anymore and eat only fruits no fruit juices. But my son don’t like fruits he is asking to make juice .and milk also doctor told to not give. Can i put ragi malt for him? He is a picky eater he don’t eat breakfast also
