Can My Vision Be Restored With Medication For A Small Leaking Blood Vessel In My Macula ?

i am male,38 years old and it was seen in my eye angiogram that i have a small leaking blood vessel in my macula on my right eye, i was prescribed with glyvenol 400mg. Can i ask for expert advise, if i can still restore my vision? thanks to all of you.
