Can Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Cause Miscarriage And Bleeding?

i have had two miscarriages one of them last month and for that my had to undergo DC thrice because the of the bleeding did not stop now also i am having bleeding but in a peculier manner like from 7 pm regularly i have trmendous pain in lower abdoman accompanied with bleeding but the entire day there is nothing.according to digonisis i have mycocterium tubercbaulosis found while testing the product of conception.my question is is the miscarriges and bleeding happening due to this TB.what is the tretment and for what duration will i be able give birth to healthy baby in future after how much time.
