Can Myoril Be Taken To Relieve Pain Due To Myofascial Pain Syndrome?

Hi Doctor, I have been diagnosed with Myofascial Pain Syndrome. I am being treated with trigger point release therapy. However, my pain has not subsided in the first week of my treatment but has increasd. Do you think it is wise to take a muscle relaxant/anti inflamatory like myoril?
