Can Nail Disorder Be Related With Any Serious Factor Of Our Body ?
hello doctor my age is 20..from last 4 days i have horizontal ridges only on my two big toe nail of both foot...and i dont know but i am seeing my toenails half white when i read those nail disorders on internet i start worrying some says it is related to respiratory system , immune system, kidney ...i am worried a lot...it will be pleased of you if you look my picture below. copy and paste link in address bar: http://i52.tinypic.com/2pperlz.jpg

yes ,the nails and hairs indicate our immune system,,no need to worry follow gud diet rich in calcium and iron,,drink plenty of water,juices.go for pedi cure in gud spa or parlour with paraffin wax treatment ,,it will cure your problem definately.

I saw your picture and it looks like the white ridges seen on your toe nails are due to simple calcium and iron deficiency and nothing serious.So please do not worry as you saw on the net that the nail disorders are related to internal diseases it does not look like you have any of the problems you fear.You can start on a iron supplement and a calcium tablet.For the proper dosage as you have not written your age please consult a local family practitioner or doctor and get the needed medicine prescribed.
