Can Nasal Blocks And Breathing Problem Reduced Without Spetoplasty?

Hi! I am facing breathlessness frequently, need to take vapour of menthol, Vicks to clear the nasal blocks, specially at night...visit 2 ENT specialists...Both informed me to go for Spetoplasty with SMD....under G/A, I am bit confused abt the surgery and its complications.. is there any process i.e drugs other than surgery to recover........plz advise me.

Hello.
If the doctors advised you for a septoplasty that means that you a have a Nasal septum deviation, and for that you can't do nothing else than a Surgery.
But, as i see you have a problem with the Nasal Turbinates too ( specially at night), probably if you have a mild nasal deviation you can do TURBINATOPLASTY with Radiofrecuency only in local anestesia and your problem will be resolved.
