Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having nasal allergy producing nasal block causing breathing difficulty.
Take montac LC medicine daily one tablet for some time.
Avoid cold and humid atmosphere.
Go for deep breathing exercises.
Some time in anxiety neurosis does cause this type of breathing difficulty and tire feeling.
If problem persisted then consult psychiatrist and go for counseling.
Ok and take care.
