Can Nasal Passage Be Widened Without Applying Force?
I am a sideshow performer. Part of my job requires that I stick objects such as nails into my nasal passage. Other objects are more impressive...screwdrivers, drills, etc. My nasal passage obviously does not want to allow these objects in. How can I widen my nasal passage safely without using excessive force?

No, this is not possible without surgery. And this is not at all indicated in your case. Better not to attempt such things in your nose because this can lead to traumatic perforation and infection in the nose.
