Can Navel Dislocation Cause Pregnancy Problems?

hi, im 27 yrs old 6mon pregnant, my navel is dislocated, as said in punjabi dharan or in hindi naabhi gum hona, i get cramps whenever i eat anything and then i go for motion which is not loose but im not bale to digest my meal due to naval dislocaton. this has happened to me many times in past but not during pregnanacy and i use to do home remedy like my measuring the smallest finger of both hand and whichever is smaller as one gets smaller due to navel disclocation the thump of that foot i use to stretch and i use to be all fine. pls help what should i do in pregnanacy

Most of the times this naval displacement is because of laxity of abdominal muscles. as of now , you are 6 months pregnant so we can not advise you abdominal muscle toning exercises.
But still I will suggest you---
1. Not to bend forward
2. Not to lift heavy weights
3.Not get up briskly from lying down.
4. Not to indulge in exertion causing walk.
Please do not worry , post delivery start doing abdominal muscle exercises, such as leg raises, crunches, sit ups and core training exercise.
