Can Nerve Damage In Leg Cause Lumps?

Hello, can nerve damage to a leg from a spinal collapse cause lumps and extreme pain. Also tingling and tight feeling skin. Skin area is also very tender to touch. The swelling is not excessive but noticeable. The pain etc seems to come and go for a few days at a time, like the back pain does. I had an aborted L4/L5 fusion surgery last year. This damage is over a 17year period caused originally from injury resulting in a discectomy surgery. I lost a lot of disk from between vertibrae. Facet joints cannot now function due to lack of space. Damage caused is now between T12 and S1, I also have some stenosis.

It is not related to nerve damage. Consult a general surgeon and plan for an MRI scan to get a better clinical picture.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
