Can Next Choice Cause Delayed Periods And Negative Test In UPT?
I took the Next Choice "morning after pill", and It has been about 2 months since I took it. My last period beginning of March was very light which was abnormal for me and now I am 4 days late. I have had 2 negative pregnancy tests. Can the Next Choice cause you to have false negatives? My period almost always on time
For investigations of irregular menstruations, you may be asked for hormonal work up like FSH, LH, Oestrogen, Progesterone, Prolactin, etc.
Before hormonal check-up, you will be examined internally to find any organic disease like infection or cyst-Ultrasonography also will reveal a good amount of information regarding your internal organs (and even pregnancy also).
Avoid stress, take a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
