Can Nodules On Thyroid Gland Be Treated?

Hi Doctor, This is the overall impression: Top normal size thyroid lobes with diffuse parenchymal disease and 2 small solid nodules ( .77 and .70cm) in the left lobe. Am I going to be operated or can these solid nodules can be cured by just drinking meds or eating the right food? Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, here the clinical symptoms and thyroid function is matter of concern it this is secreting normal amount of hormone and does not have any symptoms then no need to operate it but condition need to be kept under observation, malignancy need to be ruled out, hope this information helps, take care.
