Can Non Penetrative Sex Cause Pregnancy?

My girlfriend and I were fooling around and she gave me oral. She went and washed up and I put my underwear back on and adjusted myself. At this time I may have touched semen but not enough to make my finger wet. An hour later it was completely dry and I touched her vagina but didnt put my finger in. Could she get pregnant? The sperm should have all been dead especially since Im not sure I touched semen anyway
