Can Non Penetrative Sex Cause Pregnancy?

I am having pregnancy symptoms (hungry all the time, breasts hurting/sore, tired) but have never actually had sex. I have had dry sex or sex with clothes on but he did not ejaculate inside me. Is there something else that could cause these symptoms?

Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. The cause of hunger, breast tenderness, fatigue may or may not be symptoms of pregnancy and the best way to find out is to take up a urine pregnancy at home. As it is unclear from question whether the intercourse involved any contact of pre-ejaculatory fluid which may contain viable sperms. Once the possibility of pregnancy is ruled out other causes for the symptoms like thyroid disorder, iron deficiency or something regular like menstrual symptoms.
hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
